Duties This position is in the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Energy (OE). OE facilitates U.S. investment in emerging market economies many of which have high foreign policy priority and involve interaction with the State Department and White House. OE provides political risk insurance in all sectors covered by DFC and is available to private investors, contractors, financial institutions, and Qualifying Sovereign Entities involved in international transactions.
