Orientation

In partnership with the Masters Program Office, the Career Hub team will meet with all incoming online and residential students during the new student orientation program. The Career Hub staff will unveil the upcoming Master Class series and the CREW offerings for the year.  The program will also include a current graduate student panel offering advice and strategies for the internship and job search process and action steps to succeed during the internship. Orientation week will also feature alumni networking events and industry specific events.

O’Neill Career Readiness & Exploration Workgroups (CREW): First Year Monthy Meetings (Fall & Spring Semesters)

One of the signature features of the O’Neill Level Up program is the opportunity for graduate students to participate in small career workgroups called CREWS. New O’Neill graduate students will participate in career strategy groups focused on building and refining student’s individual Career Action Plans or CAPS. During the CREW meetings, students will check in with group members, learn best practices and develop and progress toward individually tailored professional SMART goals.  Groups will discuss learning from weekly Level Up Master Classes and build strategies around networking opportunities. Click HERE for a list of recent CREW group offerings.
