It’s hiring season, and many of you are preparing for interviews with employers and recruiters. It’s quite possible that someone will ask you at some point, “So what’s your biggest weakness,” or something similar. Instead of panicking, be prepared. This HBR article by Joel Schwartzberg has some great tips for how to talk about your strengths AND your weaknesses.
