The O’Neill School was so excited to be invited by Kyle Richmann, Talent Acquisition Manager, at Wabash to a visit of their headquarters and the new Lafayette South Plant Operations (check out a video of the plant here). As of last month, Wabash is reported to be worth $0.97 Billion and is North America’s largest producer of semi trailers and liquid transportation systems. As we made the trip up to Lafayette it became a fun game to call out all the Wabash trailers on the road!
Once we arrived, we were greeted by Rachel Moneta (proud O’Neill alum!), Corporate Recruiter, and Laura Killian, Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a tour of the office headquarters! We especially appreciated the stop at the shuffleboard table as Rachel emphasized working hard but having fun.
Next the Wabash team treated the students to lunch, featured here left to right Laura Killian, Kalyn Whitted, Dawson Pfaffmann, Lilli Mangini, Rachel Moneta, and Adriana Mirano.
