Case Interviews

Many consulting firms use a style of interviewing which describes a situation or “case” to the applicant and asks them to work through the problem. The person or people conducting the interview are not necessarily looking for a right or wrong answer, rather they are accessing how the candidate works through difficult situations. Showing your work and being able to talk your way through to the solution is extremely important in these types of interviews.
