The LGBTQ Journalists Association at IU is a division of the National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association, which is a national organization of LGBTQ individuals who work in media and journalistic organizations. The IU chapter seeks to connect students who are interested in LGBTQ media issues. Topics for meetings in the past have included pronoun usage in reporting and covering political news with LGBTQ issues.
