Summary
Teamwork’s vision is to become a safe place for underserved populations to receive high quality community, mentoring and information for health and sports performance.
At Teamwork, performance for us is not about more workouts. We believe that our physical bodies are connected to everything we do in life. How well we function during the day, our brain power, our energy levels, our quality of sleep, our digestive and immune system all hinge on our performance. Yes, we want to look good and be strong too, but we want to feel good and move well for BEST RESULTS. That’s why we stick to five main areas of focus: Food, Fun, Function, Family and Flow.
We assess all athletes for biggest opportunities to get better FAST. Once we know, we start personalizing their training sessions for maximum results in the shortest amount of time. We then test for the result. From there we reassess through goal setting and mindset attention. We continue this process to get the athlete stronger and faster and then discuss their attention to proper recovery and nutrition for maximum results.
Teamwork Sports Performance is more than a gym or speed drills, it is a community of coaches and athletes that are committed to success!
