Are you looking for flexibility in your career? Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an independent contractor position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with pediatrics in the ST. Louis/Illinois regions. With this opportunity, SLP will have the ability to choose hours and days they work.

Primary Job responsibilities include;

Provide direct care speech therapy services to families and children who receive early intervention services

Provide both live video visits and face to face sessions

Administer initial and annual evaluations/assessments

Establish goals and outcomes for families and children

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary team and attend meetings

Make weekly schedule and maintain contact with family

Complete 6-month progress notes and annual evaluations (if needed)

Job Type:

Speech Language Pathologist (Independent Contractor-1099), part-time, or full-time

Speech Language Pathologist-CFY

Qualifications

State licenses required

Proof of Professional Liability Insurance

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
